| Despite xanga being just about dead, I'm still going to post this b/c obviously it means a lot to me... It's Lupus Awareness Month again!! BEFORE YOU ALL STOP READING b/c I think only the same ppl read my xanga entry all the time, I have something different this time:
This year I'm going down to Washington, D.C. to walk on the "Walk with Us to Cure Lupus" Walkathon - so I'd like YOUR HELP!  I'm trying to get as many pledges as possible, so if you have the time (haha and money) *please* sponsor me. Any amount is fine (it's not by mile or anything, just whatever you'd like to give) - all gifts go towards Lupus research! It would mean soooo much to me, since it's been 3 years since I was diagnosed ... and luckily I've had no major problems. But this year I'm so excited to actually be taking part in something a little bit bigger than just spreading awareness through word-of-mouth.

| And just like *that* ...... 5 years at Cornell are done.  Hard to believe; it went by soooo fast. Ok well, it always seemed like vacation couldn't come fast enough ~ and then all of a sudden it couldn't slow down! Luckily I'll have one last summer to say good-bye to Ithaca...

| I was looking up another word for 'mushy' because I'm sure there will be "aww" and "ugh" comments alike ... but I came across "doughy", and thought that was quite appropriate [as James is infamously known as the doughrabbit, roomie I hope you're reading this]!

I think we'll avoid the rest of the lovey-dovey type of stuff, because people don't usually want to hear it (and it's best to just save it for the one it's for anyway), but I just love this picture too much to NOT put it up!
